I have had a membership for about three years and wash my car frequently. I like coming here and everything has been fine until yesterday Thursday June 4th 2026. Yesterday I was about 3/4 through and my car was caught and pulled back 4-6 times. Scared me as there was a pickup behind me. When it finally let my car go the green light was on at the end. My car had not been dried. I was not at the end yet. I then put my car in drive and drove out. I just wanted to see if my car was damaged. I drove into the parking lot of the shopping center and got out and looked at my car. There is a very large scratch that went deep into the rubber bumper. My car is black and you can see white where it dug in. I drove back to the car wash and tried to show them my bumper. The so called manager came out and would not let me tell him what happened. I ask for the manager and he said I am the manager. Very arrogant, combative and rude talking over me. He said “You guys are always doing this!” After arguing with me he finally gave me a claim form to fill out. Today the manager called me. Apparently he was the jerk I dealt with yesterday. The service is always incredible each time I get my car wash! Today I was talking with Raymond when I drove up to pay. I was sharing with him what exceptional service I ALWAYS get when I get my car wash. Raymond was glad to hear what I shared and he relayed that he is the new transfer manager. The employees there are welcoming and friendly and I am never disappointed when I get my car washed there.

Do not sign up for the monthly membership. My wife and I were paying for the monthly deluxe for two vehicles. The antiquated (and barely functioning) website said that the plan was $16/mo per vehicle, yet being charged $48 every month. And when thinking about it, my wife and I could not recall getting anything more than the standard wash every time we took our vehicles. My wife tried talking to the young gentlemen manning the site, but they had no clue and advised to contact customer support. Besides that, the workers on-site are usually very helpful and do their best. Back to the point, we called customer service, and they said there was nothing they could do, and advised to go on the company website. Long story short, the website is so buggy and laughably unhelpful that we decided to just cancel the monthly membership. But it took roughly 45min of logging on and off for the inept website to finally process the cancelation. We'll be keeping an eye on payment transactions to ensure we don't continue to get charged. That is how bad of an experience this has been and entirely demolished any sense of trust. Gave two stars because, if you just go in for a basic car wash, you DO get t

Usually great experiences and a nice clean car! I love that you all have the towels to wipe down the car and the air hoses to blast water out of crevices is a great feature. The employee who helped today with the payment was welcoming and professional. He offered me the monthly subscription, but it wasn’t high pressure, and he was still friendly after I declined. Today after I went through with one of the mid-cost washes, there was still a vertical area at the back of my car that was super dirty. I figured it was just a glitch so I pulled back in, and when the employee saw it he apologized and let me go back through - I think he also gave me one of the upgraded washes that time. But, it was still there the second time. This photo is after two washes. A lot of the cars coming through before and after me were already pretty clean, so maybe they just didn’t notice? It wasn’t worth going through a third time so I carefully wiped it off with a wet towel. I called and left a message about it, but wanted to post this to show you, too. Still giving four stars because this is an anomaly! I will probably delete the photo once I know you’ve seen it so you can look into what is wrong.

SCRATCHED UP TOP OF CAR. BADLY. Went to this car wash on Monday of this week and the car wash completely scratched up the top of my car. I’m not talking a minor scratch, it’s major damage. I called and talked to the “store manager”Josh, he proceeded to say there was nothing they would do as once you drive off property they don’t cover anything. He proceeded to be extremely argumentative and tell me he washes his car all the time and this has never happened. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau and seeking potential legal recourse due to these damages. Josh probably should have handled this call a bit differently. It’s very clear this came from a faulty brush or mechanism in the car wash. But not shocking this C grade business is going to try and and take no accountability. DONT GO HERE! Adding: See how the business takes no accountability in their reply and that “minor imperfections” could be enhanced by their car wash. What about this looks minor? Also note, their most recent review after I posted this is a fake review obviously written by a friend or family member trying to discredit my review. Good example of business ethics Josh and this company exemplify.
